摘要
高校学生评教作为高校教学评价和教育质量保障体系的重要组成部分,是促进本科教育高质量发展的重要手段。为探究高校学生评教在理想与现实层面的差距,分析利益相关者群体对学生评教的态度及行为差异,通过混合研究法发现:理想的学生评教与现实的学生评教在功能定位、内容指标、方式方法和反馈应用上存在较大差异。造成差异的原因是利益相关者诉求的差异和割裂,沟通渠道的阻塞,以及利益相关者之间的博弈。为促进本科教育高质量发展,缩小高校学生评教理想与现实的差距,要加强学生评教的实用性、人文性、民主性和制约性,从而最大化满足不同群体的需求,促进其利益融合。
As an essential part of college teaching evaluation and education quality assurance system,college students’evaluation of teaching is an important means to promote the high-quality development of undergraduate education.This paper aims to explore the gap between the ideal and reality of college students’evaluation of teaching and analyze the differences between the attitude and behavior of stakeholder groups towards college students’evaluation of teaching.The results show a huge gap between the ideal and reality in function positioning,content indicators,methods,feedback and application.The diversity is caused by the differences and separation of the demands of stakeholders,the blocking of communication channels,and the game between stakeholders.In order to promote the high-quality development of undergraduate education and narrow the gap between the ideal and reality of college students’evaluation of teaching,it is necessary to strengthen the practicality,humanism,democracy and restriction of students’evaluation of teaching,so as to maximize the needs of different groups and promote the integration of their interests.
