摘要
文章介绍了我国儿童阅读推广人培育的现状,分析了特点与不足。在前人研究的基础上提出要做好培育体系顶层设计、建立制度化培育体系,打造多渠道多模式培育路径,号召社会各界提供资金及人力资源支持等举措,推动儿童阅读推广人培育向制度化、专业化、体系化方向发展。
This paper introduces the current situation of the cultivation of children's reading promoters in China,ana⁃lyzes the characteristics and shortcomings.On the basis of previous studies,it is proposed to do a good job in the top-level design of the cultivation system,establish an institutionalized cultivation system,create a multi-channel and multi-mode cultivation path,call on all sectors of society to provide financial and hu⁃man resources support,and promote the cultivation of children's reading promoters to develop in the direc⁃tion of institutionalization,specialization and systematization.
