摘要
公共图书馆是儿童阅读推广人培育的重要阵地和力量,为明晰培育现状、需求、面临的困难和不足之处,探讨提升公共图书馆儿童阅读推广人培育的多种对策,本文通过文献调研、问卷调查等方式,系统调研公共图书馆儿童阅读推广人培育的意愿、制度、方案、管理和支持体系,并根据调研结果提出:从经费、顶层设计、培育方案、社会合作、管理机制、终身职业等多种途径提升培育效能,以期为我国公共图书馆提升儿童阅读推广人才队伍培育水平提供借鉴和思路。
The public library has become an important position and strength for the cultivation on children’s reading promoters.In order to clarify the cultivation status needs difficulties and deficiencies and explores various countermeasures to improve the cultivation this paper systematically investigates the cultivation willingness cultivation system cultivation scheme cultivation management and support system in public li-braries through literature research and questionnaire survey.According to the results of the survey the fol-lowing suggestions are put forward we should improve the training efficiency from various ways such as funding top-level design training scheme social cooperation management mechanism lifelong career and so on.
