摘要
本文使用一所“强基计划”试点高校2020级和2021级本科新生调查数据,运用有序逻辑斯特回归模型,以被“强基计划”录取的新生为研究对象、以被高考统招录取的新生为参照对象,考察了这些学生对未来规划的明晰程度以及高中阶段参加不同类型生涯教育活动的影响效应。结果发现:四成比例学生在大学入学时对未来规划并不十分清晰,且同年级同院系的强基新生和统招新生之间没有显著差异。高中阶段参加生涯教育活动能显著提高学生的规划清晰程度,其中丰富的自我探索类活动对两类新生影响效果较为明显,职业探索类活动对强基新生的影响显著。为促使学生及早明晰个人发展规划,本文对高中如何针对性开展生涯教育提出相应建议。
This paper examined the influence effect of high school career education on students’clarity of their future planning,using two years’survey data about freshman students of a pilot university of“Pilot Reform Program of Enrollment for Fundamental Discipline”(PRPEFD)and the measurement models of regression,and taking the freshmen admitted by PRPEFD as main research objects and freshmen admitted by the college entrance examination as the reference group.The results found that nearly 40%of the freshmen are not clear about their future planning,and there were no significant differences between two types of students among students in the same department.Taking part in career education in High School can significantly improve the clarity of their future planning,among these activities,the impact effect of rich self-exploration activities is more obvious for two group students,but career exploration only affects freshmen admitted by PRPEFD significantly.This paper provides relevant advice on how to conduct targeted career education in senior high schools.
