摘要
针对工程设备智能化水平提高,应用电磁阀控制设备越来越广泛,电磁阀控制器需求不断增长。特殊应用场景需要电磁阀控制器具有驱动力强、调速、体积小、数据采集等特点。介绍了一种集多路PWM输出、电磁阀驱动、CAN通信、开关量输入和模拟量采集于一体的电磁阀控制器。通过控制器设计实现了自动控制电磁阀的功能,简化了系统结构。
Aiming at the improvement of the intelligent level of engineering equipment,the application of solenoid valve control equipment is becoming more and more widely,and the demand for solenoid valve controllers is increasing.Special application scenarios require that the solenoid valve controller has the characteristics of strong driving force,speed regulation,small volume,data acquisition and so on.A solenoid valve controller that integrates multi-channel PWM output,solenoid valve drive,CAN communication,switch input and analog value acquisition was intreduced.Through the controller design,the function of automatically controlling the solenoid valve was realized,and the system structure was simplified.
