摘要
变推力液体火箭发动机可以为航天器的推进与控制提供可控动力,是航天器动力系统的理想选择。其中流量调节技术是变推力发动机的核心技术之一,是变推力发动机研究的热点和难点。本文在对变推力发动机技术进行总结的基础上,对比例电磁铁静态吸力特性、电磁阀阀口流量特性和比例电磁铁动态响应特性进行了深入研究。通过对比例电磁阀系统全面研究,证明了该技术的可行性,为今后设计提供理论支撑。
Variable thrust LREs (Liquid-Propellant Rocket Engines) which can be used for thrust modulation is an ideal choice for space propulsion. Flux controlling technology which is the core technology of variable thrust LREs is also the emphases and difficulties on the research of variable thrust LREs. Based on the conclusions of variable thrust LREs's technology, the pivotal technology related to proportional solenoid actuator, valve port and dynamic characteristics are analyzed. It proves the feasibility of the technology through the comprehensive research, and will provide an important technical support for future application.
