摘要
介绍一种矿用比例电磁阀驱动电路的设计方案及仿真方法。该电路采用基于PWM的电压输出DAC方式,具有控制精度高、成本低、电路简单等优点。利用减法电路实现的双极性电压输出能简单、有效地输出负电压。该电路能精确输出控制指令,并与其他设备通过CAN总线互联。PSpice软件通过参数扫描,可以仿真出占空比变化的PWM信号,实现该电路的仿真。
Introduces the design scheme and simulation method about mine drive circuit of proportional electromagnetic. This circuit adopts DAC voltage output method which based on PWM. It has the advantages of high controlling accurate, low cost and brief circuit etc. And the bipolar voltage output realized by using the subtraction circuit which can output negative voltage effectively. It can output control instruction accurately and also can interconnect with other equipment via CAN bus. By using parametric scan analysis, PSpice software can simulate PWM signal of varied duty cycle easily and simulate the circuit.
