摘要
教育资源共享是缓解西部地区高校教育资源投入不足的重要手段,也是减少教育资源重复建设、促进西部地区高校协同发展的必要举措。从博弈论视角看,当前西部地区高校教育资源共享陷入了“应该推进”与“难以执行”的困境中,其根源正是多个博弈主体间的利益冲突与失衡。鉴于此,在探明政府与高校、高校与高校以及高校与教师之间博弈情况的基础上,需要提升博弈主体对教育资源共享的理性认识水平;加强教育资源共享信息平台建设;建立多元化的收益补偿制度;形成有效的教育资源共享监督保障机制。
Educational resource sharing is an important means to alleviate the shortage of educational resources in⁃vestment in western universities,and also an important measure to reduce the repeated construction of education⁃al resources and promote the coordinated development of western universities.From the perspective of game theo⁃ry,the sharing of educational resources in western universities is in a dilemma of"the sharing should be promot⁃ed"but"it being difficult to implement",and the cause is the conflict and imbalance of interests among multiple game subjects.Therefore,on the basis of exploring the game between the government and universities,universi⁃ties and universities,and universities and teachers,we must improve the rational understandingof the game sub⁃ject for the sharing of educational resources,strengthen the construction of a information platform for educational resource sharing,andestablish a diversified interest compensation system so as toset up an effective incentive mechanism for the sharing of educational resources.
