摘要 高校信息公开是多种因素综合作用的趋势和结果,其目的是为了保障公民、法人和其他社会组织依法获取高校信息的权力。目前,国内高校的信息公开建设还处于起步阶段,存在信息主动公开的意识欠缺、信息公开的受理和监督机制不完善、信息公开的过程存在选择性、隐蔽性和利我性、信息公开的评议和反馈机制不健全等问题。高校信息公开要落到实处,必须从主动、准确、及时、制度化、立体化等五个层面协同推进。 Information publicity of institution of colleges and universities is the trend and result of the combination of various factors, the purpose of which is to protect the information power of citizens, legal persons and other social organizations according to law. At present, the information construction of domestic colleges and universities is still in start-up stage. There are problems such as the lack of awareness of information initiatives, the acceptance and supervision mechanism of information publicity is imperfect, the process of information publicity is selective, concealed and serf-interested to some extent, the evaluation and feedback mechanism of information publicity is not sound, and so on. The information publicity of institution of colleges and universities should be implemented from five aspects: initiative, authenticity, timeliness, institutional environment and three- dimensional.
