摘要
对控制阀柔性膜片进行受力分析,得出了控制阀实现启闭功能的基本原理。介绍了电磁先导式通断控制阀的内部结构、控制阀通径与换向阀通径配比关系以及膜片设计制造对膜片使用寿命的影响。分别阐述了常闭型和常开型电磁先导式通断控制阀的工作原理,分析了其结构特点、注意事项和应用领域。
By force analysis of the flexible diaphragm of the control valve,the basic principle of opening and closing function of the control valve is obtained.The internal structure of electromagnetic pilot on-off valve,the relation between control valve size and reversing valve size,and the influence of diaphragm design and manufacture on diaphragm service life are introduced.The working principle of normally closed type and normally open type electromagnetic pilot on-off valve is described,and its structural characteristics,matters for attention and application field are analyzed.
