摘要
以大型水压机高压大流量水路分配器为研究对象,采用联合建模仿真方法,建立了其集流体动力、机械、控制于一体的复合模型,对该模型进行数值仿真,系统研究了水路分配器的动态特性问题,分析了水路分配器流量参数、结构参数、压力参数等各种因素对水阀开启动作时间的影响规律。建模和仿真结果显示,分配器水阀开启具有先快后慢的特性,分配器流量参数、结构参数对水阀开启动作时间的影响较为明显。使用TableCurve3D对仿真结果进行数值分析,得到了多参数影响下的水阀开启速度计算模型,对比数值仿真结果和现场测试数据,两者吻合较好,证明了建模仿真方法的有效性。研究结果对于水路分配器设计及水压机控制优化具有理论指导意义。
A water distributor with high pressure and large flow capacity in large hydraulic press was taken as research object. A mathematic model which composed of fluid power, mechanical and control was established, and simulation study on this model was carried out. Then the dynamic characteristics of water distributor with high pressure and large flow capacity in large hydraulic press was studied comprehensively, the effects of various factors on opening speed of water valve, such as flow parameters, structural parameters, pressure parameters were analyzed in detail. Modeling and simulation results show that the influences of flow parameter and structural parameter on water valve opening time are most significant. TableCurve 3D software was used to carry out numerical analysis on the results, and the calculation model of water valve opening speed under the influence of multi-parameters was established. The result of simulation agrees well with the experimental results, which proves the validity of the simulation method. The research has a theoretical guiding significance to the water distributor design and control optimization of hydraulic press.
