摘要
井下救生舱能够在煤矿发生火灾、瓦斯煤尘爆炸、冒顶等灾害事故时为矿工提供安全避难场所,而其中的氧气供给系统的安全可靠运行对于生命的延续至关重要。基于西门子的LOGO!智能逻辑控制器,运用工业上的冗余、容错设计方法,开发了一种高可靠性的氧气供给系统,并通过软件环境进行了仿真验证,结果表明:该供氧系统技术可行、工作稳定、安全可靠。该系统还可以移植到海上航行以及特殊人群的氧气供给中。
When accidents such as coal mine fire, gas and dust explosion and roof fall happen, the rescue capsules can provide a safe shelter for coal workers. The oxygen supply apparatus inside the capsule is very important for the continuation of life. This paper proposes a high-reliability oxygen supply system by introducing the design concept of redundancy and fault-tolerance based on the SIMENSE LOGO ! controller. Simulative results demonstrate the feasibility, stability, safety and reliability of this technology. The system can be transplanted to other environments such as sailing and taking care of people with special needs.
