摘要
为了高效、可靠地控制加热炉的温度,采用PLC控制系统进行温度控制将是一种有效的方法。通过分析加热炉温度控制系统的组成和工作原理及温度控制过程,研究了PLC应用于加热炉温度控制系统的结构和控制软件,该系统响应时间快、稳定性和精确度高,能使温度控制在±5℃的误差范围内,而且实现了温度的自动控制。
In order to control the temperature of the furnace efficiently and reliably, using PLC control system to control the temperature is an effective method. By analyzing the composition, the work principle and the temperature control process of the furnace temperature con- trol system, the structure and control software of PLC application in temperature control system were studied which was provided with char- acteristics of fast response time, high precision and steady, at the same time, the temperature was within the range of error + 5 C. So the automatic control of temperature was realized.
