摘要
压敏电阻在压片成型的工序中因模具的磨损,使产品坯片产生毛边,毛边经高温烧结后会变得非常坚硬和锋利,造成电极丝印工序丝网的破损,故在丝印电极前先要磨片去除毛边并对坯片进行清洗和烘干。对现有设备中处于半自动化的磨片生产线提出自动化设计方案并实施,新设备用三菱FX3U-80MR可编程控制器和威纶触摸屏作为主控元件,结合三菱FX2N-4AD-TC温控模块进行水箱温度的反馈控制。实践证明,该设备解决了原先劳动强度大、效率低、人工成本高以及人为清洗不干净等问题,实现自动化控制并达到理想的效果。
The varistor's compression molding process makes the product flakes produce the burr,which becomes very hard and sharp under high temperature. This has damaged the electrode silk screen,so before this,the burr should be removed and the embryo should be cleaned and dried. This paper proposes a completely automatic design and implementation of the semi-automated grinding line under the existing equipment. The new equipment employs the MITSUBISHI FX 3 U-80 MR PLC and Weinview touch screen as the main control device,using the module FX 2 N-4 AD-TC for feedback control of the water tank temperature. It has been proved that the device has solved the problems of high labor intensity,low efficiency,high labor cost and uncleanly human cleaning,and finally automatic control and ideal effects have been achieved.
