摘要
文章梳理了教师评价机制发展沿革,提出深化教师评价改革的启示。新时代教师评价应聚焦核心素养,指向未来,更新和落实先进的评价理念;完善评价内容,分层设置,明晰指标;发挥多元主体的责任,提高相关评价者自身的评价能力;丰富评价技术方法,坚持多维、分层、灵活和大数据取值;重视反馈机制,加强评价反馈的及时性和持续化;构建教师评价的信任文化。
This article has combed the development trends of teacher evaluation mechanism,and came up with some insights for deepening the teacher evaluation reform.It suggest that the teacher evaluation in the new era should renew and implement advanced evaluation philosophy;should improve its contents with layered evaluation and clear indicators;should impose responsibility of multiple subjects and improve evaluators’specialty competency;should enrich evaluation techniques and methods,adhere to multidimensional,hierarchical,flexible and big data assignment;should attach importance to feedback mechanism,strengthen immediate and continuous evaluation feedback;should construct a culture of trust for teacher evaluation.
