摘要 以某高校为例,进行问卷和访谈调查研究,对不同年龄、学历、职称、教龄、岗位、年收入教师的职业幸福感水平进行单因素方差分析。结果显示:教师职业幸福感呈正态分布,不同年龄、学历、职称、教龄教师职业幸福感存在显著差异。这为教师职业幸福感建设路径的重构,提供了数据支撑。建议高校应以需求理论为适切的切入点,重塑教师职业幸福感的实施路径,具体有三条:第一,设置有效的激励机制;第二,构建分类的教师评价机制;第三,营建有幸福感的学校文化。 Taking a university as an example,a questionnaire and interview survey were conducted to analyze the level of occupational well-being of teachers of different ages,degrees,professional titles,teaching years,positions and annual income.The results show that teachers’occupational well-being is normally distributed,and there are significant differences among teachers of different ages,educational qualifications,professional titles and teaching years.This provides data support for the reconstruction of the construction path of teachers’professional well-being.It is suggested that colleges and universities should take the demand theory as the appropriate starting point to reshape the implementation path of teachers’professional well-being.There are three specific ways:first,set up an effective incentive mechanism;second,build a classified teacher evaluation mechanism;third,build a happy school culture.
