摘要
从建设单位角度出发,针对传统工程管理存在的各阶段信息传递不畅、管理流程复杂等问题,引入BIM技术,开展基于BIM技术的项目管理架构设计研究。构建建设单位公司级、项目级BIM管理架构,形成以建设单位为主导、各参与方协作的管理流程,提高项目管理效率,降低管理成本。依托雄安·中交未来科创城项目,对BIM管理架构适用性和可行性进行验证。
From the perspective of construction enterprises,aiming at the problems of poor information transmission and complex management process in each stage of traditional engineering management,BIM technology is introduced,and the project management architecture design based on BIM technology is carried out.By constructing the company-level and project-level BIM management architecture of construction enterprises,the management process dominated by construction enterprises and coordinated by various participants is formed to improve project management efficiency and reduce management costs.Based on Xiong’an CCCG Future Science and Technology Innovation City project,the applicability and feasibility of BIM management architecture are verified.
