摘要
该文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、实验法等,以提高运动员800m专项成绩为目的,将绥化市8名运动员分为实验组、对照组进行8周指导训练,分别采用高强度间歇训练法与重复训练法。经过8周的系统训练,对运动员训练前后的血红细胞、血红蛋白、血乳酸的检测数值进行对比,作为实验分析依据。此次实验研究表明,运用高强度间歇训练法对800m跑成绩提升非常显著(P<0.01)。
In order to improve athletes'800m special performance,by using the methods of literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics and experiment,this paper divides eight athletes in Suihua City into experimental group and control group for eight weeks of guided training,using high-intensity intermittent training method and repeated training method respectively.After 8 weeks of systematic training,the tests of red blood cells,hemoglobin and blood lactic acid before and after training were compared as the basis for experimental analysis.This experimental study shows that the use of high-intensity interval training method can significantly improve the performance of 800m race(P<0.01).
