摘要
目的研究经阴道彩色多普勒超声对药物流产后宫内残留的诊断价值。方法100例药物流产患者为研究对象,均给予复方米非司酮片联合米索前列醇片治疗,随后均进行经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断。观察患者子宫内残留物血流、尿人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)显示率及彩色多普勒超声诊断声像特点与病理诊断的符合率。结果患者子宫内残留物稍强回声、混合回声及低回声的血流显示率分别为80.00%、92.50%和65.00%;尿HCG的显示率分别为80.00%、75.00%和90.00%。患者彩色多普勒超声诊断结果与病理诊断结果对比显示,患者诊断的声像特点符合率较高,彩色多普勒超声诊断对患者宫内残留的诊断价值较高。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断技术能够科学有效评估患者宫内残留情况,对患者诊断工作实施的质量控制有一定帮助,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To study the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of intrauterine residue after drug abortion.Methods A total of 100 patients with drug abortion were selected as the research subjects,all of them were treated with compound mifepristone tablets combined with misoprostol tablets,and then underwent transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis.The display rate of blood flow of uterine residue and urinary human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG),and the coincidence rate of color Doppler ultrasonography and pathological diagnosis were observed.Results The blood flow display rates of intrauterine residues with slightly hyperechoic,mixed echo and hypoechoic were 80.00%,92.50%and 65.00%,respectively;the display rates of urinary HCG were 80.00%,75.00%and 90.00%,respectively.The comparison of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis and pathological diagnosis showed that the coincidence rate of ultrasonic characteristics of patients was high.It can be seen that the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in patients with intrauterine residue was relatively high.Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis can scientifically and effectively evaluate intrauterine residuals in patients,and is helpful for the quality control of patients'diagnostic work,which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
