摘要
目的探讨阴道彩色多普勒超声检测药流后宫内残留物与残留组织血流动力的影响。方法选择我院2016年5月~2018年5月期间接收的药物流产2周出现阴道持续出血女性患者90例作为研究对象,对其采用阴道彩色多普勒超声进行检测,以观察患者的宫内残留物及残留组织血流动力,同时以病理组织检测结果作为金标准。结果阴道彩色多普勒超声检测的准确率、灵敏度、特异性分别为95.55%、97.14%、90.00%,存在宫内残留物与残留组织患者血流阻力指数与搏动指数值低于非宫内残留物患者,所有患者中超声声像图检测以低回声为主,血流诊断分型处于Ⅲ型及Ⅳ型时,其诊断灵敏度可达100%。结论采用阴道彩色多普勒超声检测药物流产女性宫内残留物与残留组织血流动力,具有重要的临床诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of vaginal color Doppler ultrasonography on detecting hemodynamics of residue and residual tissue in the uterus after medical abortion.Methods A total of 90 female patients with persistent vaginal bleeding who were exposed to medical abortion from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the study samples.They were examined by vaginal color Doppler ultrasound.The patient's intrauterine hemodynamics of residue and residual tissue was observed,and the results of pathological tissue test were used as the gold standard.Results The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of vaginal color Doppler ultrasonography were 95.55%,97.14%,and 90.00%,respectively.The blood flow resistance index and pulsation index of patients with intrauterine residue and residual tissue were lower than those of non-uterine residue.In patients with ultrasound,ultrasonography was the mainstay of ultrasonography in all patients.When the blood flow diagnosis was in typeⅢandⅣ,the diagnostic sensitivity could reach 100%.Conclusion Vaginal color Doppler ultrasonography has important clinical diagnostic value in detecting hemodynamics of intrauterine residue and residual tissue in women with medical abortion.
