摘要
目的研究彩色多普勒超声对老年2型糖尿病患者下肢动脉病变的诊断价值。方法抽取2017年7月至2019年6月郑州市第七人民医院收治的80例老年疑似2型糖尿病下肢动脉病变患者作为研究组,另选取80例健康体检老年人群作为对照组。所有研究对象均接受彩超检查并记录结果,将数据与血管造影确诊结果对比后计算彩超诊断2型糖尿病下肢动脉病变的敏感性、特异性。结果研究组彩超检查股总动脉、股浅静脉、腘动脉、胫前动脉内径均小于对照组(P<0.05);研究组中经彩超诊断为2型糖尿病下肢动脉病变占91.25%,经血管造影确诊2型糖尿病下肢动脉病变占93.75%,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);彩超对2型糖尿病下肢动脉病变诊断的敏感性为96.00%,特异性为80.00%。结论彩超诊断2型糖尿病下肢动脉病变的敏感性及特异性均较高,有利于辅助临床医生确诊此类病情。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Eighty elderly patients with suspected type 2 diabetic lower extremity arterial disease admitted to Zhengzhou Seventh People's Hospital from July 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research group,another 80 healthy elderly were selected as the control group.All research objects were examined by color Doppler ultrasound and the results were recorded.The sensitivity and specificity of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of lower extremity arterial disease in type 2 diabetes mellitus were calculated by comparing the data with the results of angiography.Results The diameter of common femoral artery,superficial femoral vein,popliteal artery and anterior tibial artery in the study group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05);in the study group,91.25%of the patients were diagnosed as type 2 diabetic lower extremity arterial disease by color Doppler ultrasound,and 93.75%were diagnosed by angiography(P>0.05);the sensitivity and specificity of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of lower extremity arterial disease of type 2 diabetes mellitus were 96.00%and 80.00%,respectively.Conclusions The sensitivity and specificity of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of lower extremity arterial disease in type 2 diabetes mellitus are high,which is helpful to assist clinicians to diagnose such disease.
