磁敏感加权成像及3D-ASL在各级脑胶质瘤分级中的效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究磁敏感加权成像及3D-ASL在各级脑胶质瘤分级中的方式与效果。方法:此次研究时间为2016年1月~2020年1月,均为在本院接受治疗的脑胶质瘤患者,共100例作为本次研究对象,均在术后通过病理组织证实为脑胶质瘤。所有患者统一采取磁敏感加权成像及3D-ASL扫描诊断,收集患者在接受检测过程中各项临床指标的变化情况,分析不同级别脑胶质瘤患者的磁敏感信号评分,比较单独磁敏感加权成像诊断与磁敏感加权成像联合3D-ASL诊断对不同脑胶质瘤的敏感度与特异度。结果:高级别胶质肿瘤的磁敏感信号评分高达(2.17±0.81)分,低级别胶质肿瘤的磁敏感信号评分则为(0.79±0.38)分;可见胶质肿瘤级别越高,磁敏感信号评分越高,即高级别胶质瘤的磁敏感信号评分明显高于低级别胶质瘤,且对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);磁敏感加权成像联合3D-ASL诊断对脑胶质瘤的敏感度与特异度分别为93%和95%,均明显高于单独磁敏感加权成像诊断的灵敏度69%和特异度79%,且对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑胶质瘤患者采用磁敏感加权成像及3D-ASL联合进行诊断,对于患者胶质瘤内的血供情况能够详细观察,有利于脑胶质瘤的分级,能大大提高医务人员的诊断效率。为患者的临床诊断提供更加真实有效的依据,为患者实施针对性的诊疗措施,改善患者的临床状况,同时还能提升患者的预后康复。 Objective:To study the method and effect of magnetic sensitivity weighted imaging and 3D-ASL in glioma grading.Methods:The research time was from January 2016 to January 2020.All patients were treated in our hospital with glioma.A total of 100 cases were selected as the research objects.All of them were confirmed as brain tumors by pathological tissue after operation.Glioma.All patients were diagnosed by susceptibility-weighted imaging and 3D-ASL scanning.The changes of various clinical indicators were collected during the detection process,and the susceptibility signal scores of patients with different grades of glioma were analyzed,and the susceptibility-weighted imaging alone was compared.Sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis and susceptibility-weighted imaging combined with 3D-ASL for diagnosis of different brain gliomas.Results:The susceptibility signal score of high-grade glial tumors was as high as(2.17±0.81)points,while that of low-grade glial tumors was(0.79±0.38)points;It can be seen that the higher the grade of glioma,the higher the susceptibility signal score,that is,the susceptibility signal score of high-grade glioma is significantly higher than that of low-grade glioma,and the comparison is statistically significant(P<0.05);The sensitivity and specificity of susceptibility-weighted imaging combined with 3D-ASL for the diagnosis of glioma were 93%and 95%,respectively,which were significantly higher than the sensitivity of 69%and the specificity of 79%for the diagnosis of susceptibility-weighted imaging alone,and the contrast was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diagnosis of brain glioma patients using susceptibility weighted imaging and 3D-ASL combined,can observe the blood supply in the patient’s glioma in detail,which is conducive to the classification of glioma and can greatly improve the diagnosis efficiency of medical staff.It provides a more realistic and effective basis for the clinical diagnosis of patients,implements targeted diagnosis and treatment measures for patients,
