摘要
目的分析围术期优质护理干预对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者预后康复的促进作用。方法选择我院2019年1月至2020年12月收治的90例腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者作为研究对象,根据围术期护理差异将其分为常规组和优质组,各45例。常规组采取围术期常规护理,优质组在此基础上加施围术期优质护理干预。比较两组的手术相关指标、住院时长、术后并发症发生情况、心境状态及护理满意度。结果优质组的手术时长、术后首次排气时间及住院时长均短于常规组,术中出血量少于常规组(P<0.05)。优质组的术后感染、腹胀、出血、盆腔粘连及肠梗阻发生率均低于常规组(P<0.05)。护理后,优质组的各项心境状态评分显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。优质组的护理满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论围术期优质护理干预有利于促进腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者快速康复,降低术后并发症发生率,改善患者心境状态,提高护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the promoting effect of perioperative high-quality nursing intervention on prognosis and rehabilitation of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods Ninety patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into routine group and high-quality group according to the difference of perioperative nursing,with 45 cases in each group.The routine group was given perioperative routine nursing,and the high-quality group was given perioperative high-quality nursing intervention on this basis.The operation related indexes,hospital stay,occurrence of postoperative complications,mood state and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The operation duration,first postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay in the high-quality group were shorter than those in the routine group,and the intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The incidences of postoperative infection,abdominal distension,bleeding,pelvic adhesion and intestinal obstruction in the high-quality group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of various mood states in the high-quality group were significantly better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the high-quality group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative high-quality nursing intervention is conducive to promote the rapid rehabilitation of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,ameliorate patients'mood state and improve the nursing satisfaction.
