摘要
朋辈心理辅导运用于大学生心理健康教育工作,有助于提高心理健康教育的主动性,扩大心理健康教育覆盖面,提高心理健康教育操作性和实效性。强化朋辈心理辅导意识,可以加强高校心理辅导队伍建设,提升朋辈心理辅导能力,加强辅导员与朋辈深度互动,提高朋辈心理辅导实效,拓展朋辈心理健康教育途径,优化朋辈心理辅导活动,组建朋辈间心理辅导共同体,扩大朋辈心理辅导效应,实现大学生专业素养和心理素养的协同发展。
The application of peer counseling in college students’ mental health education helps to improve the initiative of mental health education,expand the coverage of mental health education,and improve the operability and effectiveness of mental health education.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the awareness of peer counseling,strengthen the construction of psychological counseling teams in colleges and universities,improve the ability of peer counseling,strengthen the in-depth interaction between counselors and peers,improve the effectiveness of peer counseling,expand the channels of peer mental health education,optimize peer counseling activities,establish a peer counseling community,and expand the effects of peer counseling,to realize the coordinated development of college students’ professional and psychological qualities.
