摘要
目的:比较海军官兵军事职业教育学习中人数集中与成绩优秀者的人格特征。方法:应用MBTI-M人格类型量表中文版,调查分析海军三大战区的8124名官兵的人格维度、偏好和类型。结果:①在8124名官兵中,大多属于外向E(54.4%)、感觉S(64.5%)、思考T(54.0%)、判断J(68.7%),标准化分数分别为0.585、0.636、0.591、0.676,个性类型以ESTJ(24.4%)、ISTJ(11.1%)、INFP(10.1%)为主;②在军事职业教育学习课程成绩优秀的3110名官兵中,大多属于外向E(54.5%)、感觉S(62.4%)、思考T(53.5%)和判断J(67.1%),标准化分数分别为0.592、0.633、0.596、0.675,个性类型以ESTJ(25.0%)、INFP(11.9%)、ISTJ(10.4%)、ESFJ(8.8%)等为主;③官兵总体中人格类型的分布与成绩优秀者人格类型分布的比较中,除在感觉-直觉维度有差异(χ^(2)=4.175,P=0.041)外,其余均无差异。结论:我国海军官兵无论是优势人格(军事职业教育学习成绩优秀人群)还是典型人格(总体人群),在MBTI 4个人格维度中主要都偏向外向E、感觉S、思考T和判断J,人格类型以ESTJ、INFP、ISTJ为主,仅优势人格的直觉百分比更高,海军官兵典型人格与优势人格基本一致彰显了军队坚强的战斗力。
Objective:To compare between the quantity dominated personalities of naval officers and soldiers in military continuing education and those with excellent academic performances.Methods:With Myers-Briggs Type Indicator(MBTI)-M Chinese Version,we measured and analyzed the personality dimensions,preferences and types of 8124 officers and soldiers in the three theatres of operations of Chinese Navy.Results:①For the 8124 officers and soldiers,the personality preferences in the 4 domensions were:E(54.4%)-S(64.5%)-T(54.0%)-J(68.7%),the standardized scores were 0.585,0.636,0.591,0.676 respectively,and the quantity dominated personality types were ESTJ(24.4%),ISTJ(11.1%)and INFP(10.1%).②For the 3110 officers and soldiers who had made outstanding achievements in military continuing education courses,the personality preferences were E(54.5%)-S(62.4%)-T(53.5%)-J(67.1%),the standardized scores were 0.592,0.633,0.596,0.675 respectively,and the quantity dominated personality types were ESTJ(25%),INFP(11.9%),ISTJ(10.4%)and ESFJ(8.8%).③In the comparison of the personality type distribution between the surveyed officers and soldiers and those with excellent performance,there was no statistical difference except in the S-N dimension(χ^(2)=4.175,P=0.041).Conclusion:Both for the dominant personalities(excellently performanced in military continuing education)and typical personalities(the overall population).Chinese naval officers and soldiers are mainly inclined to E,S,T,J for the 4 dimensions of MBTI,and their personality types are mainly ESTJ,INFP and ISTJ.Only the percentage of N in dominant personality is higher.The result that typical personalities of naval officers and soldiers are basically consistent with the dominant ones manifestes the strong combat effectiveness of the army.
