摘要
本文采用MBT性格类型量表对中、美企业管理者的性格类型进行比较研究,结果表明中美管理者在性格类型上存在显著差异,中国管理者为外向型、感觉型、思维型、判断型,美国管理者为内向型、直觉型、情感型、感知型。中、美管理者皆有较多的管理型性格类型ESTJI、STJ、ENTJ,即重视制度和规则,具有现实性、理智性、纪律性、计划性、前瞻性等特征。
This paper examines psychological type between Chinese and American business managers by using MBTI approach.It is found that there are significant differences in psychological type between Chinese managers and American managers.Chinese managers have preferences of E,S,T,and J,while American managers have preferences of I,N,F,and P.It is also found that ESTJ,ISTJ,and ENTJ are the common types of both Chinese and American managers.
