摘要
阳离子聚合是典型的高放热聚合。早期生产时大量放热及多种副反应的发生影响产物的最终性能。聚合过程控制性差、反应条件苛刻是阳离子聚合面临的长期挑战。活性阳离子聚合出现后,通过建立活性炭正离子与休眠状态之间的动态平衡,这种聚合方式取得突破。微反应器可实现可控的多相微尺度流动,能够强化聚合反应中的混合、传质和传热过程,严格控制反应时间,实现反应单元的模块化组合。使用微系统进行连续流动阳离子聚合使阳离子聚合得到新的发展。阳离子聚合与微反应器相结合取得了令人振奋的结果。本文综述了基于微反应器中乙烯基单体的阳离子加成聚合和环单体的阳离子开环聚合的研究进展,并提出了微反应器带来的机遇和挑战。
Cationic polymerization is a typical high exothermic polymerization.In early production,a large number of exothermic and various side reactions affect the final performance of the product.Poor control of the polymerization process and harsh reaction conditions are the long-term challenges facing cationic polymerization.After the emergence of active cationic polymerization,a breakthrough was made by establishing the dynamic balance between active carbonium ion and dormant state.The micro reactor can realize controllable multiphase micro scale flow,strengthen the mixing,mass transfer and heat transfer processes in polymerization,strictly control the reaction time,and realize the modular combination of reaction units.The continuous flow cationic polymerization using microsystem makes the development of cationic polymerization get a new development.The combination of cationic polymerization and microreactor is an exciting result.In this paper,the research progress of cationic addition polymerization of vinyl monomers and cationic ring opening polymerization of ring monomers based on microreactor is reviewed,and the author’s thoughts are put forward.
