摘要
目的探讨在医养结合老年科护理管理中慎独培养的应用效果。方法以枣庄市精神卫生中心在职的30名护理人员为研究对象,于2021年7月开始对护理人员进行慎独培养,慎独培养之前(2021年1—6月)设为对照组,实施常规管理,慎独培养实施后(2021年7—12月)设为观察组,实施慎独培养,比较两组管理效果。结果观察组的综合护理质量及个人能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员的专业理论知识、专科操作技能成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医养结合老年科护理管理中,慎独培养应用效果理想,能提升护理人员的综合护理质量及专业理论知识和技能水平。
Objective To explore the application effect of prudence and independence training in the nursing management of geriatrics combined with medical care and elderly care.Methods Taking 30 nursing staff working in Zaozhuang Mental Health Center as the research object,the nursing staff will be trained with prudence and independence in July 2021.Before the training of prudence and independence(from January to June 2021),it was set as a control group,and routine management was implemented.After the training of prudence and independence(July to December 2021)was set as the observation group,and the cultivation of prudence and independence was implemented.The management effects between the two groups were compared.Results The comprehensive nursing quality and personal ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing staff in the observation group were better than the control group in terms of professional theoretical knowledge and specialized operational skills,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of the combination of medical care and elderly care,the application effect of Shendu training is ideal.It can improve the comprehensive nursing quality and professional theoretical knowledge and skills of nursing staff.
