摘要
在高校积极开展“双一流”建设的大背景下,郑州大学药学院以建设一流药学专业为契机,构建“三有型”高素质药学人才培养体系,实施“课程思政+混合式教学=教书+育人”同向同行的优化课程体系,建设多层次高质量可持续发展的精英型教师团队,以“多维度科研化+精准培养”实施本科生科研创新能力训练,为培养高素质创新型药学人才积极实践,充分发挥一流专业的示范和引领作用。
Under the background of the“double first-class”construction carried out by colleges and universities,the College of Pharmacy of Zhengzhou University takes the opportunity of building the firstclass pharmacy major as an opportunity to build the“three haves”high-quality pharmaceutical talent training system,implement the synthetic and optimized curriculum system of“‘curriculum ideological and political education’+mixed teaching=professional education+moral education”,construct a multi-level high-quality elite teaching team with sustainable development,implement the undergraduate scientific research and innovation ability training through“multi-dimensional scientific research+precise training”,actively practice with the goal of cultivating high-quality and innovative pharmaceutical talents and giving full play to the demonstration and leading role of the first-class major.
