摘要
新时代的经济社会发展对本科生的创新能力提出了更高要求。为加强环境专业本科生的实践创新能力,详细阐述了土壤中微塑料分离鉴定及环境污染物多溴联苯醚检测的方法优化过程,该方法回收率和精密度较好,能够成功应用于实际土壤样品的微塑料污染研究。通过文献调研和实际实验操作,提高了学生应用理论知识解决实际问题的能力,培养学生科学思维。在该创新实验的基础上已有本科生获得多项大学生创新创业项目资助。
The social and economic development in the new era greatly warrants the innovation ability for undergraduates. In order to gain the practical innovation ability of undergraduates, this study described the detailed optimization process of identification of microplastics in soil and quantitation of environmental pollutant polybrominated diphenyl ethers. The method has good recoveries and accuracies, and can be applied to studies on microplastics in soil samples. Based on the literature review and experimental operation, the undergraduates have learnt to resolve practical problems by theoretical knowledge, and have acquired scientific thoughts. A few undergraduates have been granted by the College Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Project for several times based on the above method.
