摘要
目的探究对老年病科护士实施目标管理的可行性。方法选取2019年9月—2021年10月该院老年病科在职护理人员12名,根据时间不同记为管理前(2019年9月—2020年9月)和管理后(2020年10月—2021年10月),管理前进行传统护理管理模式,管理后进行目标护理管理模式,对比管理前后护理人员康复管理能力、风险防控意识、临床沟通能力。结果管理后护理人员运动康复管理、按摩康复管理、生活活动管理、心理疏导管理等康复管理能力评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员在风险认知、风险察觉、风险评估、风险管控等风险防控意识评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员困难情景沟通能力、团队沟通能力、情感支持能力、情感感知能力、基本语言沟通能力、基本非语言沟通能力等沟通能力评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年病科护士实施目标护理管理模式可显著提升护士康复管理能力、风险防控意识以及临床沟通能力,值得广泛推广普及。
Objective To explore the feasibility of implementing management by objectives for nurses in geriatrics.Methods A total of 12 in-service nurses in the geriatrics department of the hospital from September 2019 to October 2021 were selected.According to different time,it is recorded as before management(September 2019 to September 2020)and after management(October 2020 to October 2021).The traditional nursing management mode is carried out before the management,and the target nursing management mode is carried out after the management.The nursing staff's rehabilitation management ability,risk prevention and control awareness,and clinical communication ability were compared before and after management.Results After the management,the nursing staff's sports rehabilitation management,massage rehabilitation management,life activity management,psychological counseling management and other rehabilitation management ability scores were significantly higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of risk prevention and control awareness among nursing staff after management were significantly higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the nursing staff's communication ability scores in difficult situations,team communication emotional support,emotional perception,basic verbal communication,and basic non-verbal communication were significantly higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the target nursing management model for geriatric nurses can significantly improve the nurses'rehabilitation management ability,risk prevention and control awareness and clinical communication ability,which is worthy of widespread popularization.
