摘要
众创空间是新兴共享办公模式的空间载体,是承载我国发展创新创业活动的需求型空间。为促进众创空间良性升级,创造出更加健康安全、智慧舒适、高适应性的共享性办公空间,本文分析了目前市场上众创空间的空间功能分区、使用群体需求等现状并总结出存在的问题,针对性地得出众创空间的模块化室内设计策略。本文旨在改善众创空间环境,找到共享类办公空间设计的可实施策略,为未来建设及更新合理且符合时代潮流的室内空间共享新方式提出理论依据。
Maker space is the spatial carrier of the new shared office mode.It is a demand-type space for innovation and entrepreneurship activities in China.In order to promote the benign upgrading of the maker space and to create a more healthy,safe,intelligent,comfortable and highly adaptable shared office space,this paper analyzes the current situation of the space function zoning and the demand of the use group of the existing maker space and summarizes the problems,and then proposes the modular interior design strategy of maker space.This paper aims to improve the environment of maker space,to find the implementable strategy for the design of shared office space,and to put forward a theoretical basis for the construction and updating of a new way of indoor space sharing that is reasonable and in line with the times.
