甲醇水蒸气重整制氢催化剂的研究

摘要 由于化石能源消耗巨大,全世界各国开始重视清洁能源的开发和利用。故对氢能源的制取方法进行介绍,主要探讨了甲醇制氢技术的相关进展,重点对蒸汽重整技术中催化剂的选择及其影响因素进行了分析。甲醇重整制氢催化剂主要分为两大类:铜基催化剂和贵金属基催化剂。综合比较两组催化剂可知,铜基催化剂活性较好,贵金属基催化剂稳定性较好。指出了甲醇重整制氢技术亟待解决的问题和发展趋势,提高了甲醇作为燃料电池应用的氢载体的价值。 Due to the huge consumption of fossil energy,countries all over the world begin to pay attention to the development and utilization of clean energy.Therefore,this paper introduced the production methods of hydrogen energy,mainly discussed the relevant progress of methanol hydrogen production technology,focused on the selection of catalysts in steam reforming technology and analyzed its influence factors.Catalysts for hydrogen production from methanol reforming were mainly divided into two categories:copper based catalyst and precious metal based catalyst.By comprehensive comparison of the two groups of catalysts,it could be seen that the copper-based catalyst has better activity and the precious metal-based catalyst has better stability.The development trend of methanol reforming hydrogen production technology was pointed out and the value of methanol as hydrogen carrier for fuel cell application was improved.
