摘要
采用共沉淀-焙烧法和共沉淀-熔盐法分别得到了Ni/CeO2和Ni-Cu/CeO2等3种催化剂,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、布鲁瑙尔-埃利特-特勒法(BET)比表面测定等分析手段对催化剂的结构性能进行表征,并在常压固定床流动体系中进行乙醇水蒸汽重整反应,讨论和评价催化剂的性能。结果表明:3种催化剂在较低的温度范围内对氢气均有较高的选择性;尤其是熔盐法制备的Ni/CeO2催化剂,其物相均匀,粒度约10nm左右,300℃时即具有了催化活性,450℃时氢气选择性高达70.9%;催化剂在60h内的稳定性好,具备了实际应用的潜力。
Ni/CeO2 and Ni-Cu/CeO2 catalysts were prepared by co-precipitation-agglomeration and melten salts methods. XRD, SEM, TEM and BET were used to test the structure properties of catalysts, and catalytic properties were tested through a fix-bed reactor under atmospheric pressure, All three kinds of catalysts exhibited high hydrogen selectivity to ethanol steam reforming reaction, The Ni/CeO2 catalyst prepared by melten salts method showed prominent activity, with the hydrogen selectivity of 70.9% at 450 ℃ ,The stability of catalysts was good.
