锂硫电池硫碳复合正极材料的研究

Research on preparation and electrochemical property of S/C composite cathode

摘要 采用单质硫与KS6合成石墨在一定条件下合成了一种新型硫碳复合材料。通过扫描电子显微镜法(SEM)、X射线衍射光谱法(XRD)、布鲁瑙尔-埃利特-特勒法(算比表面积)(BET)对该材料进行了结构表征,利用循环伏安扫描和不同电流密度下恒电流充放电实验对复合材料的电化学性能进行了测试。结果表明:该复合材料具有容量利用率高,大电流充放电能力强,循环稳定性好等特点,其首次放电比容量为1 290 mAh/g,在室温下循环100次之后放电比容量仍稳定在1 030 mAh/g。 KS6/S composite was prepared by thermally treating a mixture of elemental sulfur and carbon material KS6 at 150 ℃.The sulfur/carbon composite was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET) tests.The electrochemical performance of the composite as cathode material was evaluated by the galvanostatic method and cyclic voltammetry(CV).The sulfur/carbon composites exhibit high reversible capacity and good cycle performance.It is found that KS6/S composite can deliver a very high capacity of 1 290 mAh/g at the first discharge and remain a cycling capacity of 1 030 mAh/g after 100 cycles.
