摘要
基于对国际电信联盟(ITU)遥感卫星系统数传频段干扰标准相关建议书的研究,提出适用于我国遥感卫星系统X频段数传频率兼容性评估的方法。该方法结合国内遥感卫星系统技术操作特性,针对实际应用场景进行兼容性分析。针对国内已在轨遥感卫星系统进行仿真验证,结果表明:此方法进一步真实地反映了国内遥感卫星系统X频段数传频率兼容性状态,可为使用X频段数传的遥感卫星系统操作单位和管理部门提供适用于我国实际系统的频率兼容性分析方法和手段,能有效缓解目前国内遥感卫星系统无序用频带来的安全问题。
Based on the research of ITU’s recommendations on the interference criteria of remote sensing satellites system data transmission band,a method of X-band data transmission frequency compatibility evaluation is proposed.The method is associated with the technical operation characteristics of China’s remote sensing satellites system,and the compatibility of practical application scenarios is analyzed via this method.Based on the simulation verification of China’s remote sensing satellites system,the results show that:the method further reflects the China’s remote sensing satellites system X-band data transmission frequency compatibility conditions,and can provide frequency compatibility analysis methods and means suitable for the actual system in China for corresponding operation units and administrative departments.This method can also effectively alleviate the security problem brought by the current disorder with frequency of China’s remote sensing satellites system.
