在开放科学全球快速发展的背景下,联合国教科文组织发布了《开放科学建议书》。介绍了《开放科学建议书》的研制动因和内容框架,分析了其特点和意义。《开放科学建议书》内容涵盖全面、丰富,在开放科学环境下,我国应充分参考其行动领域及路径,积极融入全球开放科学的进程中。
In the context of the rapid development of Open Science in the world,UNESCO issued the Recommendation on Open Science.This paper introduces the development motivation and content framework of UNESCO’s Recommendation on Open Science,and analyzes its characteristics and significance.The content of the Recommendation on Open Science is comprehensive and rich.In the open science environment,China should fully refer to its action fields and paths and actively integrate into the process of global open science.
