摘要
针对钻杆补充装置变形导致钻杆运动受阻的问题,根据钻杆箱承受的载荷,进行了应力和变形有限元分析,得知侧板与隔板刚度较弱。通过增设矩管、加长导向套改善了钻杆箱的结构刚度。现场应用表明,优化后的钻杆箱更加可靠、耐用,长时间使用未变形。
Aiming at the problem that the drilling pipe movement is blocked due to the deformation of the drilling pipe supplementary device, finite element analyses of stress and deformation are operated,according to the load suffered by the pipe box. It is found that the side panels and the partitions are the stiffness weak points. Then the stiffness is advanced by adding rectangularpipes and lengthening guiding sleeves. It′s proved by practice that the drilling pipe box is more reliable and durable and doesn′t deform after a long time use.
