全自动钻机在煤矿地质探放水中的应用

摘要 针对煤矿井下钻探施工自动化水平低、工人劳动强度大、施工效率低且工期较长等问题,通过对石圪台煤矿地质情况、传统施工工艺的分析优化,采用ZDY4500LFK型全自动钻机进行探放水钻孔施工,利用双机械臂代替人工加卸钻杆,有效降低了工人的工作强度,实现了一键全自动钻进施工、关键钻进参数实时监测、故障自诊断等功能。应用结果表明,该钻机设计合理、维护性好、施工效率高、可靠性强,进一步提高了矿井智能化与信息化建设水平。 In response to the problems of low automation level,high labor intensity,slow construction efficiency and long construction period in underground drilling construction in coal mine,analyzed and optimized the Shigetai coal mine geological situation and traditional construction technology,and used ZDY4500LFK fully automatic drilling rig for exploration and drainage water construction.Double mechanical arms were used instead of manual loading and unloading of drill rod,effectively reduced the workload of construction personnel,and achieved functions such as one key fully automatic drilling construction,real-time monitoring of key drilling parameters and self diagnosis of faults.The application results show that the drilling rig is designed reasonably,has good maintenance,high construction efficiency and strong reliability,further improves the level of intelligent and information construction in mines.
