摘要
针对现有煤矿井下用ZYWL-4000SY全自动系列钻机只有7根钻杆的续接能力,提出3种钻杆扩容箱方案,并分别对3种方案进行了原理分析和对比分析,确定采用了跌落式钻杆扩容箱的结构。最后,对跌落式钻杆扩容箱进行了实验室试验和现场井下工业性试验,结果表明:跌落式钻杆扩容箱在满足钻杆续接扩容能力的基础上顺序出杆能力稳定、可靠,无跌落卡滞、钻杆跑出和下滑卡滞故障的发生,为煤矿井下无人化钻场奠定了一定的基础。
In view that the existing ZYWL-4000SY full automatic series drilling rig used in coal mine has only seven drill pipes continuous connection capacity,put forward three kinds of drill pipe expansion box schemes, and the principle analysis and comparative analysis of the three schemes were carried out, and determined the structure of the drop type drill pipe expansion box. Finally, the laboratory and field underground industrial tests of drop type drill pipe expansion box were carried out.The results show that the drop type drill pipe expansion box on the basis of meeting the requirements of the continuous connection and expansion capacity of drill pipe, and the sequential rod output capacity is stable, reliable, and there are no dropping and sticking,drill pipe running out and sliding stuck failure,which has laid a certain foundation for unmanned drilling field in underground coal mine.
