摘要 对于大采高综采工作面,人行区的主要粉尘来源是支架移架产尘。为了控制支架移架产生的大量粉尘对人行区的污染,创新设计支架封闭控尘装置。通过实验室试验对装置进行了结构改进及优化,然后经现场应用测试效果分析验证了该封闭控尘装置的有效性。现场应用表明:该装置对支架移架产尘有很好的导尘效果,在尘源附近的降尘效率达到94.8%,极大地改善了工作面的生产环境。 For a large mining height fully mechanized working face, the main dust source in the pavement area is produced by moving support. In order to control the pollution of a large amount of dust caused by moving support, an innovative design of support closed dust control device was made.The structure of the device was improved and optimized by laboratory test, and then the effectiveness of the closed dust control device was verified by field application test. The field application shows that the device has a good dust guiding effect for the dust produced by moving support, and the dust removal efficiency near the dust source reaches 94.8%, greatly improves the working face production environment.
