摘要
针对超大采高综采工作面设备回撤的难题,设计了新型回撤专用掩护式支架,并对支架在巷道中的布置及配套关系、主要技术参数及结构特点进行了阐述;重点对支架的支护强度、四连杆设计进行了介绍,运用ABAQUS有限元分析软件在特定工况下对支架进行强度分析及验证。为相似条件下支架的回撤提供了借鉴。
In view of the difficult problem of equipment withdrawing in fully mechanized working face with super large mining height, a new type of shield support for equipment withdrawing was designed.The layout of the support in the roadway, the supporting relationship, the main technical parameters and the structural features were described, and the support strength and the design of the four connecting rods were mainly introduced, the finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to carry on the strength analysis and the verification of the support in the specific working condition. It provides reference for the withdrawing of support under similar conditions.
