摘要
为保障工作面高效回撤,全程跟踪监测了末采期间的矿压显现,利用理论分析、数值模拟的方法分析了回撤通道变形破坏机理,提出了末采围岩调控技术。研究表明:末采10 m内将出现矿压显现的剧烈变化区,回撤通道出现煤壁侧破坏显著大于煤柱侧的趋势;基本顶在工作面支架后方断裂最有利于矿压控制,顶板下沉与顶板弹模、直接顶厚度、支护强度、跨度、采高等密切相关。提出了四种末采围岩调控技术,现场运用三种后效果明显,对本矿的工程实践具有指导价值。
In order to ensure the efficient withdrawal of the working face,the ore pressure during the final mining period was tracked and monitored.The deformation and failure mechanism of the withdrawal channel is analyzed by means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The regulation and control technology of late mining surrounding rock is put forward.The research shows that there will be a dramatic change area of ore pressure within 10 m of the last mining,and the failure at the coal wall side of the withdrawal channel is significantly greater than that at the coal pillar side.The fracture of the basic roof behind the working face support is the most beneficial to the mine pressure control.The roof subsidence is closely related to the elastic mold of the roof,the thickness of the direct roof,the support strength,the span and the mining height.The paper puts forward four kinds of control techniques of surrounding rock at the end of mining,and the effect is obvious after applying three kinds in the field,which has guiding value to the engineering practice of the mine.
