摘要
合适配套的工作面设备是保证工作面生产能力的重要因素,针对现阶段综采工作面设备选型问题进行了研究。采用理论计算和三机配套原则等方法对凌志达煤矿15211工作面具体参数进行了一系列计算,选取了合适的工作面设备,分别为ZY-9600/25.5/55型掩护式支架,MGTY500/1200-WD型采煤机和SGZ900/1050型刮板输送机。通过凌志达煤矿15211工作面现场生产实践证明:选择的工作面设备完全可以满足工作面生产需求,可以为相似的采煤工作面提供一定的借鉴经验。
Suitable set of working face equipment is an important factor to ensure the production capacity of working face.The equipment selection of fully mechanized mining face at the present stage was studied to find the type of working face equipment matching 15211 working face in Lingzhida coal mine.A series of calculation and selection of body parameters of 15211 working face were carried out by means of theoretical calculation and three-machine matching principle.Suitable working face equipments are ZY-9600/25.5/55 shield support,MGTY500/1200-WD shearer and SGZ900/1050 scraper conveyor.Through the field production practice of 15211 working face in Lingzhida coal mine,it is proved that the selected working face equipment can fully meet the production demand of working face,and can provide some reference experience for similar working face.
