摘要
企业人力资源的功能要得到充分发挥,需要注重对人力资源组合配置的持续改进与优化。明确组合配置优化的重要意义,结合企业实际现状,找清优化重点。在现阶段的人力资源管理工作中,存在人才岗位匹配度不足、人力资源功能间联系不紧密等一系列问题。从企业人力资源组合配置优化的重要性、企业人力资源组合配置优化面临的挑战、企业人力资源组合优化配置要点分析等方面入手,对企业人力资源组合配置优化策略进行分析。
In order to give full play to the function of human resources,enterprises need to pay attention to the continuous improvement and optimization of the combination and allocation of human resources,clarify the significance of combination and configuration optimization,and find out the key points of optimization in combination with the current situation of the enterprise.In the current stage of human resource management,there are a series of problems,such as the lack of talent position matching and the lack of close relationship between human resource functions.This paper analyzes the optimization strategy of enterprise human resource combination and allocation from the aspects of the importance of enterprise human resource combination and allocation optimization,the challenges faced by enterprise human resource combination and allocation optimization,and the key points of enterprise human resource combination and allocation optimization.
