摘要
人力资源配置是铁路企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分,只有对人力资源进行有效的优化配置,才能使人力资源发挥积极作用,进而促进铁路企业改革、创新与发展。论文对铁路企业优化人力资源配置进行了研究和探讨,在简要分析重要价值的基础上,着重分析了存在的问题,并就如何推动铁路企业优化人力资源配置提出对策。
Human resources allocation is an important part of human resources management in railway enterprises.Only by effectively optimizing the allocation of human resources can human resources play a positive role,thus promoting the reform,innovation and development of railway enterprises.This paper studies and discusses the optimization of human resources allocation in railway enterprises.On the basis of brief analysis of important values,it focuses on the existing problems and puts forward countermeasures on how to promote the optimization of human resources allocation in railway enterprises.
