摘要
在企业的发展中,人力资源是企业资源配置中的重要组成部分,人力资源对于企业的发展起着不可估量的作用。所以对企业人力资源优化配置的关键因素进行探析,是企业管理层工作的重要内容。鉴于此,本文展开了一系列的论述,首先阐述了人力资源配置以及人力资源优化配置的相关内容,其次提出了人力资源优化配置的意义和人力资源优化配置的相关原则,最后重点从四个方面对企业人力资源优化配置的关键因素进行分析,即企业组织结构、企业内外部环境、企业经营战略目标、企业文化,旨在为企业人力资源管理工作的高效开展提供理论参考依据。
In the development of enterprises,human resources are an important part of the allocation of enterprise resources,and play an inestimable role in the development of enterprises.Therefore,the analysis of the key factors of the optimal allocation of enterprise human resources is an important part of the work of enterprise management.In view of this,this study launches a series of discussions,first expounds the relevant content of the allocation of human resources and the optimal allocation of human resources,and then puts forward the significance of the optimal allocation of human resources and the relevant principles of the optimal allocation of human resources.Finally,the key factors of optimal allocation of human resources in enterprises are analyzed from four aspects,including enterprise organizational structure,enterprise internal and external environment,enterprise management strategic objectives,and enterprise culture,in order to provide theoretical reference for the efficient development of enterprise human resource management.
