基于钻进扭矩小波特征规律的PDC钻头磨损程度的分析研究

摘要 由于钻井工程隐蔽性的特点,目前钻头磨损监测手段较少。针对MSE和钻速方程的分析方法存在关键参数难以获得的问题,PDC钻头的磨损程度一直是研究中的难点。基于小波包能量法对钻进扭矩信号进行小波包分解,分析小波包能量特征,研究了PDC钻头在不同磨损程度时的钻进扭矩、小波包能量分布特征。通过研究发现:小波包能量分布特征能够反映钻头的磨损程度;小波包能量分布集中在低频带,占比达90%以上;随钻头磨损程度的增加,小波包能量在最低频带能量占比减小,在高频带占比增加,反映了钻头磨损后井下钻具黏滑、震动增加的情况。基于小波包能量分布特征规律,提出可通过连续分析钻进扭矩的小波包能量特征来实现钻头磨损监测,为监测钻头磨损程度提出了解决思路,并通过实验进行了可行性验证,为该技术的应用提供了依据。 Due to the concealment of drilling engineering, there are few means to monitor bit wear. The analysis method based on MSE and ROP equation is difficult to obtain the key parameters, and the wear degree of PDC bit has always been a difficulty in the research.Based on the wavelet packet energy method, the wavelet packet decomposition of drilling torque signal is carried out, the energy characteristics of wavelet packet are analyzed, and the distribution characteristics of drilling torque and wavelet packet energy of PDC bit with different wear degrees are studied. It is found that the energy distribution characteristics of wavelet packet can reflect the wear degree of bit. The energy distribution of wavelet packet is concentrated in the low frequency band, accounting for more than 90%. With the increase of bit wear degree, the proportion of wavelet packet energy in low frequency band decreases and increases in high frequency band, which reflects the increase of the stick slip and vibration of downhole drilling tool after bit is worn. Based on the energy distribution characteristics of wavelet packet, it is proposed that bit wear monitoring can be realized by continuously analyzing the energy characteristics of wavelet packet of drilling torque, which provides a solution for bit wear degree monitoring. The feasibility of the solution is verified through experiments, which provides a basis for the application of this technology.
