摘要
城轨具有速度快、运量大和绿色环保等优点,目前已成为缓解城市交通拥堵的主要工具。文章以国家“碳达峰”与“碳中和”战略为背景,以城轨绿色低碳发展为目标,针对城轨基础设施运维管理的能耗问题,从数据电子化资产管理、检测结果精准分析与智能决策、检修资源智能化调度3个方面设计并开发城市轨道交通基础设施运维管理平台,并在某地铁线路实现落地应用,证明该平台可有效助力运维管理节能降耗,助推国家双碳战略的深入贯彻与实施。
Urban rail transit with the advantages of high speed,large capacity,and low environmental impact has become the main tool to alleviate urban traffic congestion.Based on the national strategies of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,with green and low-carbon emission development goal of urban rail transit,aiming at the energy consumption in operation maintenance management of urban rail transit infrastructure,this paper designed and developed a management platform of operation maintenance for the infrastructure of urban rail transit from three aspects,including the data electronization of asset management,accurate analysis of test results and intelligent decisionmaking,and intelligent scheduling of maintenance resources.In addition,this platform has been applied in a metro line,which proved that the platform can effectively save energy and reduce consumption in the operation maintenance management and promote the in-depth implementation of the national carbon peaking and carbon neutrality strategy.
