摘要
目的:随着城市轨道交通基础设施服役年限逐渐累积,因设备老化引起的运营故障日益增多,以单专业为主的基础设施运维系统已无法满足运营需求,为此需要开展综合性智能运维系统研究。方法:基于当前城市轨道交通智能运维的研究现状以及运维管理的不足,提出了一种基于“一车+一平台”模式的城市轨道交通基础设施智能运维系统,并介绍了该系统的架构。建设了集成多种智能感知系统的动态综合检测设备,并以综合检测车为载体实现了工程应用。从少人值守下的数据采集、状态监控、数据传输及安全防护等方面阐述了城市轨道交通综合检测车的功能。设计了基础设施智能运维平台,简述了该平台的总体架构及其功能架构。结果及结论:通过构建基于“一车+一平台”模式的城市轨道交通基础设施智能运维系统,实现了检测过程的自动化、信息化、绿色化,提高了基础设施智能化运维水平和安全运营保障能力。
Objective:As the service life of URT(urban rail transit)infrastructure gradually accumulates,the increasing operational faults caused by equipment aging render single-discipline-based infrastructure maintenance systems inadequate to meet operational demands.Consequently,comprehensive research on IOM(intelligent operation-maintenance)systems is needed.Method:Based on the current research status of IOM in URT and the shortcomings in operation-maintenance management,an URT infrastructure IOM system based on′one vehicle+one platform′mode is proposed,and its architecture is introduced.A dynamically integrated detection equipment incorporating various intelligent sensing systems is established,and engineering applications are realized using comprehensive inspection vehicles as carriers.The functions of URT comprehensive inspection vehicles are elaborated,including data collection,condition monitoring,data transmission,and security protection under minimal human intervention.The design of an IOM platform for infrastructure is described,outlining its overall architecture and functionality structure.Result&Conclusion:By constructing an URT infrastructure IOM system based on′one vehicle+one platform′mode,the automation,informatization,and environmental friendliness of the detection process are achieved,enhancing the level of infrastructure IOM and the assurance ability for security operation.
